The Standon & Puckeridge Community Centre on Station Road is now run by the Standon & Puckeridge Recreation Ground Charity. Standon Parish Council agreed the transfer in February 2024 after taking legal advice.
The centre has three spaces for hire: Fordham Hall, the Williams-Davies Hall and the Lankester Lounge. The parish council still meets there.
To book a hall, contact the parish clerk on 07854 916404 or at clerk@standonparishcouncil.gov.uk. There’s more on our Around the village page.
